Based on your requirements, I would recommend utilizing the DotNetNuke CMS system for your site as it will allow you full control of your content (without being a programmer) and it will provide all of the basic website plumbing you need for this project or may want to implement in the future (user registration, security, shopping cart, photo gallery, blog, forum, etc).
I have implemented several sites with DotNetNuke, a popullar CMS system based on Microsoft technologies. I can also host your website on one of my servers if you are interested(Ongoing web hosting fees would be a separate cost). Here are a couple of examples:

I have strong creative design skills (I did the design and back-end implementations of both of the sites above), but starting with a template from templatemonster.com is also an option .
